Returns & Exchanges

Proenza Schouler offers complimentary returns on all full-price orders within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the prepaid UPS or DHL shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at an authorized shipping location and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
